We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
We will review your request and, if valid, send a replacement at no extra cost. Replaced products will be delivered within 7 days
